BISH Digital is an Australian digital agency operating from Melbourne, Victoria. These terms govern your use of bish.digital, the AI website preview generator at /start, and any related services you purchase from us.
When you submit a brief at /start, we use third-party AI services (currently Google Stitch) to generate a multi-page preview website from your description. The preview is free.
The preview is intentionally a draft. Generated copy, imagery, and layout may not be accurate, may include placeholder content, and may not match your business exactly. You are responsible for reviewing the preview before relying on it.
If you click "Approve & buy" on a preview, you'll be taken to a Stripe-hosted checkout to pay a one-off fee of AUD $399. This entitles you to:
Optional ongoing services (hosting, email, content marketing, custom development) are quoted separately and not included in the $399 fee.
Because the preview is free, the $399 fee is for a delivered product. Refunds are not automatic. If something has genuinely gone wrong on our side — the site is unreachable, the content is unusably broken, or the tweak feature isn't working as described — email bish@bish.com.au within 7 days of purchase and we'll work it out.
Once you've paid, you own the rights to use the generated site for your business in any way you like. We retain the right to feature anonymised or branded examples of work we've shipped in our portfolio and marketing.
You may not use BISH services to generate content that:
We may refuse or revoke service if we detect misuse.
Generated content is produced by third-party AI models which can produce inaccurate, biased, or unintended results. BISH does not warrant the accuracy of generated copy, imagery, or design choices. Review every page before it goes live to a real audience.
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our total liability for any claim relating to the AI preview service is limited to the fee you paid us (AUD $399 maximum for the one-pager tier). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
